Informed Fitness

One-on-One Coaching

How it works: All coaching is completed in person or virtually. Your evaluation and sessions will be completed by either Sarah or Julia based on your preference, interests, and coach availability. Both Sarah and Julia will be involved in the planning of your program and analysis of movement.

What does Informed Fitness offer?

Our goal is to empower women through movement education. We do that through online education, one-on-one coaching, and an inclusive membership community.

  • We promise to encourage and support you, so you can feel confident in your fitness choices.

  • We promise to help you problem-solve obstacles that stand in your way.

  • We promise to provide information that will help you prevent injury and pain.
